One (1) Prize: Trip for winner and winner’s one (1) guest to Hawaii. Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation; hotel accommodations for five (5) nights (one (1) standard room, double occupancy); $1,200.00 spending money (awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner), ground transfers to/from winner’s residence and originating airport and to/from airport and hotel in Hawaii; and one (1) $2,500 digital JTV gift card. The selection of the Hawaiian island for the trip shall be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Trip must be completed within one (1) year of the award date and booked at least four (4) weeks prior to the departure date.
