Rules
Open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically located in one of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia or Canada (excluding Quebec), who are of legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside (and at least eighteen years of age at the time of entry), and the parent/legal guardian of a minor child between the ages of 5 and 14 as of the time/date of entry.
