Open only to U.S. residents who are legal residents of one of the fifty states of the U.S. and D.C. (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions) who are currently physically located and residing therein, who are of the age of majority or older in the jurisdiction in which they reside as of September 26, 2025, and who are registered and active Wheel Watchers Club members. Entrants must have either a valid Social Security number and/or a valid U.S. Individual Taxpayer Identification Number to participate.
