(12) PRIZES (1 awarded per Entry Period): A $5,000 scholarship check made payable to the eligible institution of higher education as reflected in the winner's Declaration. A winner forfeits the prize if they do not attend a participating college/university within (1) year of notification/winner confirmation. ARV: $5,000.

Rules
Open only to U.S. residents of the (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence) at the time of entry (each, an “Entrant”). Entrant (or Entrant’s eligible child or ward) must be able to complete and submit a valid IRS Form W-9 to claim the prize. Entrants must also be a) a U.S. high school senior student, including a student who attends an alternative school or is home schooled; b) a student who earned a GED or equivalent in the U.S.; c) an undergraduate or graduate student at a U.S college or University; or d) a parent or legal guardian of a student that meets the requirements of a, b or c.
