OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND WASHINGTON D.C. (EXCLUDING RESIDENTS OF MA, MI, AND U.S. TERRITORIES), WHO ARE TOBACCO CONSUMERS 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF PARTICIPATION AND HAVE A REGISTERED USERNAME (“USERNAME”) AND PASSWORD PROVIDED BY THE SPONSOR.

HOW TO SUBMIT A BRACKET: To participate for a chance to win the Grand Prize and/or a Weekly Prize, each calendar day during the Submission Period, you must be registered on the www.mygrizzly.com website (“Website”) and have a Username (as described in Rule #1). If you do not have a Username, see “How to obtain a free Username and update your Username contact information” below. To participate, log onto the Website during the Promotion Period and look for the Promotion link to find a list of (32) head-to-head predetermined matchups for Round 1 of the Tournament (each, a “Matchup”). Entrants then must create their Bracket by accurately predicting which team/choice they think will receive the most votes and win in each Matchup.
Weekly Entry Pool Random Drawings: Throughout the Promotion Period, on the business day immediately following each End Date listed in the Charts in Rule #3, Administrator will randomly select 66 Weekly Winners from among all eligible entries received in each applicable Weekly Entry Pool, except for the 12th Week’s Weekly Entry Pool, where Administrator will select 74 Weekly Winners from among all eligible entries received in the 12th Weekly Entry Pool.
