Rules
Open to anyone who meets all of the following criteria: i) is eighteen (18) years of age or older; ii) is a legal resident physically located in the states of Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Vermont, or New York at the time of entry; and iii) is the parent or legal guardian of an eligible child between the ages of 5-9 years old (an “Eligible Child”).
