Grand Prize: Grand Prize Winner will receive a three (3) day/two (2) trip for up to four (4) persons (i.e., Winner and up to three [3] guests) (each a "Guest"; collectively, "Guests"), to one (1) game of the 2025 WNBA Finals, specific game to be chosen by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Trip consists of: roundtrip coach air transportation for up to four (4), from a major commercial airport near winner’s residence ("Departure Airport") to area airport near WNBA franchise city hosting chosen game of 2025 WNBA Finals (see Exhibit A for list of WNBA franchise cities) ("Destination City"); two (2) nights hotel accommodations (one standard room, quadruple occupancy, room and tax only); up to four (4) tickets to WNBA Finals game (seat selection to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and ground transportation to/from Destination City airport and hotel, awarded as $500 cash or cash equivalent to Winner. ARV of Grand Prize: $5,500.00.

Open to entrants who, at the time of entry and throughout the Sweepstakes Period and prize fulfillment period as set forth below, are: (a) natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia; and (b) at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is or older).

Method #2 – Free Alternate Method of Entry Form ("AMOE"): To enter the Sweepstakes without becoming a Disney+ subscriber, individuals who are eligible as per above may send an e-mail to disneyplusentry@probabilityworks.com. The subject line of the e-mail must contain "Entry: WNBA Finals Sweepstakes." The body of the e-mail must contain your full name, city and state, and an answer to the question "What is your favorite WNBA Team?". (DO NOT INCLUDE ANY CONTENT OR COMMENTARY IN ADDITION TO THE NAME OF YOUR FAVORITE WNBA TEAM.) E-mail must be received by 9:59 AM PT on September 25, 2025 to be eligible.
