(1) Prize will be awarded in connection with this Sweepstakes. The “Prize” consists of a trip for the confirmed Prize Winner, defined in Section 5, and one (1) adult guest, age eighteen (18) or older, of their choosing to the Big Race in Las Vegas, Nevada (the “Race”) that is scheduled to take place on November 23, 2025, including: round trip economy class airfare for two (2) from a major commercial airport near the confirmed Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and a major commercial airport near Las Vegas, Nevada; four (4) days and three (3) nights’ hotel accommodations in a single, double-occupancy room at a hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; $500 Visa ® Rewards Card that may be used towards miscellaneous expenses and or incidentals; and two (2) Bellagio Fountain Club tickets with Hospitality. The Prize Winner and his/her guest will arrive on Thursday, November 20, 2025, and depart on Sunday, November 23, 2025.
If a Potential Winner resides within a 200-mile radius of Las Vegas, Nevada, a $250 Shell Gift Card may be provided for ground transportation in lieu of air transportation and no compensation will be provided for any difference in Prize value.
Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $21,200.00.

Open only to legal and current residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico (collectively, the “U.S.”) who are at least twenty one (21) years of age at time of entry (or the legal age of majority in their state or jurisdiction of legal residence, whichever is greater).

Alternative Entry Method: If an Entrant does not want to make a Qualifying Purchase as set forth above, an Entrant alternatively may receive an Entry by legibly hand-printing in black or blue ink on a 3.5” x 5” card their first name, last name, physical mailing address, email address, and phone number (optional) and mailing the card with first class postage affixed to: 2025 PZ AAP VIP Sweepstakes, Offer #O2774, P.O. Box 809004, Houston, TX 77280-9921. Only one (1) Entry may be requested per postmarked envelope. Mail-in submissions must be postmarked by September 24, 2025 and received by October 1, 2025 to receive Entry in the Sweepstakes.
