FIVE (5) PRIZES (each a "Prize") will be awarded. Each Winner will receive five thousand dollars ($5,000.00). The Prize will be awarded in the form of a check in the name of the Winner. ARV of each Prize: $5,000.00.

Open only to individuals who, at the time of entry are: (a) a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico (collectively, the "Territory"); and (b) at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older).
