Open only to legal United States residents residing in the fifty United States and Washington, D.C. and legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec), who are at least eighteen years of age and the age of majority in their state/province of residence (19 in Alabama and Nebraska and the following provinces/territories British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, and Yukon, and 18 in all other states/provinces/territories) and are either a registered student at an accredited college or university or a Campus Recreation Administrator at an accredited college or university.
