ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Winner will receive a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for Winner and (1) eligible guest (together, the “Attendees”) to Las Vegas, Nevada to attend a Riley Green concert on the Winner’s choice of dates, December 12 or 13, 2025, at Resorts World Theatre at Resorts World Las Vegas (the “Event”) (collectively, the “Trip”) (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,000.00). The Trip includes:
Roundtrip coach air transportation to the Event for the Winner and Winner’s guest (i.e., two (2) roundtrip flights for the Attendees). Prize Provider will arrange and book the flights directly for each Attendee, up to a total aggregate value of one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00), from the major domestic airport nearest the Winner’s residence to the major airport nearest Las Vegas, NV (the “Airline Credit”) (all details, including exact date and time of flights are subject to the Prize Provider in its sole discretion;
Two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations at Resorts World Las Vegas (single room/double occupancy/room and tax only);
Two (2) tickets for the Attendees to the Event on either December 12, 2025 or December 13, 2025 (seating as determined by the Prize Provider in its sole discretion);
Meet & Greet Opportunity with Riley Green, which shall occur at or around the Event, all such details subject to Prize Provider and artist management’s approval;
A two hundred fifty dollar ($250.00) dinner credit (the “Dinner Credit”) for the Attendees at Stubborn Seed.
The total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all prize(s) is $3,000.00.
